On January 26, the special energy-saving and technological transformation of more than 6 million yuan of Liu Xinzhen private Xuzhou Shengshi Glass Products Co., Ltd. energy-saving emission reduction technology production line was officially put into operation. Zhongke Glass, which is a fission of the town’s private enterprise Rongchang Glass, enjoys the national energy conservation and emission reduction sustainable development policy, and has an annual output of 150,000 tons of beer bottles, is stepping up construction and will be completed and put into operation in early October this year. Before the end of this year, the town's glass products enterprises can all achieve technological transformation and energy conservation.

 

Since October last year, Liuxin Town, which has more than 260 industrial enterprises and more than 10 glass products enterprises, has actively implemented the national sustainable development strategy for energy conservation and emission reduction, and established a practical implementation plan through the establishment of a leading group for energy conservation and emission reduction. The series of preferential support and assessment incentive policies, hired professional engineering and technical personnel to hold a special demonstration meeting, and actively guide the town's glass products enterprises to increase technical innovation, speed up the pace of technological transformation. Through typical demonstrations, energy saving and emission reduction have been achieved, labor intensity has been reduced, production efficiency has been improved, and production quality and economic benefits have been significantly improved. Enterprises have purchased domestic advanced fully automated row machines, all gas generators and other ancillary equipment.

 

At present, three enterprises in the town have taken the lead in completing the technical transformation, and have obtained the right to self-export of glass products, showing a good momentum of production and sales.
